One of the hundreds of emails we receive asking for help

"I don't want my little cat to die. She's breaking my heart, she used to play with me when she was okay. Now I just don't want to abandon her when she needs me. She's my only companion."

Tiana

1-Before Surgery

"This has been such a stressful time for my senior, disabled, Marine veteran, friend.  He did his very best to stay upbeat and when he realized he wasn't, he would stop in his tracks and pray.  When I informed him that I was reaching out to my friends and strangers, he took the typical approach that any Marine would do...cry and say, God bless them all!  So with that...thank you so much for your contribution towards Tiana's surgery and for letting her dad know that there are plenty of animal lovers in this world who help each other in times of need."

So what do you do if you love your animal but can't afford to pay the bill?

Shakespeare Animal Fund, a non-profit charity was founded after the loss of a beloved cocker spaniel "Shakespeare". He died after a very costly illness, and in his memory this fund was founded to help others who might face financial problems while trying to save their pets.

You can be a hero to people in need. Support the efforts of the Shakespeare Animal Fund with your donations of funding and of time.
