Jackson is home!

Jackson home2

The best news of all~~Jackson is home! We have just been home long enough that he was happy to sit for me and let me snap a picture of him smiling! His appetite was good once he got home and I gave him a plate of his favorite wet food. The doctor did say he had been in a lot of pain, ...

so right away, I can see a difference in him smiling and wagging his tail. He will get stitches out in a few weeks. For now, a lot of healing time, and for me, grateful time. I do not think you can truly appreciate how much a pet means to you until you are in danger of losing them. I figure after all Jackson has been through, he has some version of his own feeling that he has a new lease on life.

Thank you again for helping me give him that chance to come back. You have made a major HUGE difference in the life of one dog and the woman who loves him :p

blessings and gratitude,
Zoe and Jackson
