One of the hundreds of emails we receive asking for help

"I am a US Army Combat Veteran from Iraq and have a service dog for my PTSD. She has suffered a severe injury from a fall. She was going down a flight of stairs and lost her footing which casued her to fall down the stairs. After an exam it was determined she ripped her CCL on her right back leg. She is a Saint Bernard that weighs 125 lbs. I am writing your organization because I am desperate. The surgery will cost $3700 including kenneling. I have tried to open up credit cards and get loans and am getting declined. Any help that your organization can offer would be greatly appreciated."

1-Before Surgery

"This has been such a stressful time for my senior, disabled, Marine veteran, friend.  He did his very best to stay upbeat and when he realized he wasn't, he would stop in his tracks and pray.  When I informed him that I was reaching out to my friends and strangers, he took the typical approach that any Marine would do...cry and say, God bless them all!  So with that...thank you so much for your contribution towards Tiana's surgery and for letting her dad know that there are plenty of animal lovers in this world who help each other in times of need."

"I just am trying to find the funds at this point to get his xrays done on his broken hind leg...This is such a blessing. I appreciate this help."

Make a Donation:

We can easily pay $5 for a fancy cup of coffee these days. And if you would consider giving only $5 a month (the price of that cup of coffee) over the course of a year it would get one wounded or suffering animal to the vet. That’s spectacular, for only $5 monthly. Sign up for regular donations using the form below
